Fintech Design GH – Shipping Policy

Fintech Design GH (“we”, “our”, or “us”) partners with Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment provider, to produce and ship our products.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All products sold on Fintech Design GH are made to order.

  • Orders are fulfilled by Printful

  • Production begins after payment is confirmed

  • Each item is printed, packed, and shipped specifically for you

Production Time

  • Typical production time: 2–7 business days

  • Production time may increase during:

    • High-volume seasons (holidays, sales)

    • Product restocks

    • Force majeure events

Production time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Ghana

  • Europe

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Selected international destinations

Availability depends on the product and Printful’s shipping capabilities.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are:

  • Calculated at checkout

  • Based on:

    • Product type

    • Shipping destination

    • Order size and weight

    • Printful’s carrier rates

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of proven fulfillment error.


4. Estimated Shipping Times

After production, shipping times are estimated as follows:

Destination Estimated Shipping Time
Ghana 7–20 business days
Europe 5–10 business days
USA & Canada 3–7 business days
International 7–20 business days

Note: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information


5. Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships

  • Tracking details will be sent via email

  • Some international shipments may have limited tracking updates


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price

  • Customers are responsible for paying any customs-related fees

Fintech Design GH is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs authorities.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unclaimed shipment

  • Failed delivery attempt

You may be responsible for:

  • Reshipping costs

  • Additional handling fees

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Orders

If your order appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

  • We will work with Printful to investigate and resolve the issue

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable


9. Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple items:

  • Items may be shipped separately

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers

  • This depends on product availability and fulfillment location


10. Shipping Delays Disclaimer

Fintech Design GH and Printful are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather or natural events

  • Global disruptions
