Orders are fulfilled via Printful and shipped globally. Delivery times vary by location. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided. Shipping delays caused by carriers are beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are not possible.
