Returns & Refunds policy

At Fintech Design GH, every product is created on-demand through Printful, our fulfillment partner. Because items are printed and produced specifically for each order, returns work differently from traditional retail. Please read our full policy below.

1. Claims for Misprints, Damage, or Defects

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective product, you must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the item. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be Printful’s fault will be covered at no cost to you. To report an issue, please submit a Problem Report with clear evidence (photos) of the defective item.

2. Return Address & Processing

The return address on all shipments defaults to Printful’s fulfillment facility.

When Printful receives a returned shipment, you will automatically receive an email notification.

Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

If you choose to use a different return address, you become fully responsible for processing and managing all returned shipments.

3. Wrong or Insufficient Address

If the customer (or you) provides an insufficient delivery address, the courier returns the shipment to Printful.

You will be responsible for reshipment costs once a correct address is confirmed.

4. Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that go unclaimed by the customer are returned to Printful.

You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to yourself or the customer.

If you do not have a registered Printful account with billing enabled, unclaimed returns will be donated to charity at your expense, as they cannot be reshipped.

5. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene-Sensitive Goods)

Printful does not accept returns for sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, including but not limited to face masks.

Any returned orders containing face masks are not eligible for reshipment and will be disposed of, with no refund provided.

6. Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges

Except for customers in Brazil, Printful does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference reasons may be offered only at your discretion and at your expense.

If you allow a customer to exchange an item, you must place a new replacement order at your own cost.

7. Special Notice for Customers in Brazil

Customers in Brazil may request to withdraw from a purchase within 7 consecutive days of receiving the product.

They must submit:

  • A withdrawal request

  • A photo of the item received

If the product shows signs of use, wear, or damage, a refund will not be issued. All requests are subject to evaluation.

8. EU Consumer Rights Notice

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods that are custom-made or personalized. Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. Because all Fintech Design GH products are printed on demand, Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion.

9. Governing Language

This policy shall be interpreted exclusively in English, regardless of translation or localization.
